Well, our trip to Utah is here, whether we’re ready or not. I feel a bit unprepared, but I suppose it’s just a bit of anxiety. Haven’t really done a trip like this before, but I’m sure it will be fine.
Checked the weather and it looks like tempertures are going to be a bit below normal. Mid 60s for highs. That’s not too bad. Evenings will dip to around 40, so I’m glad I went ahead a got the 20 degree mummy sleeping bag rather than a 40 degree one I was planning on. They say to go about 10-15 degrees below what you think will be the coolest temperture. I also got some VERY nice hiking shoes I’m pretty excited about.
Oh–and here’s a link to our meal supply for the trip. We’ll see how it tastes.
For those of you geographers who are interested in what our trip will likely consist of, I plan to prepare a map which I’ll post tomorrow. I’m heading to bed now.

Thank you for the 5/5 review on Futures. I totally agree have you heard Clarity?

Hi Joel,
I have been enjoying your website. I am Emily’s mama in Georgia! Thanks for keeping us updated on Chase and your family. You all continue to be in our prayers. I know she told you about me using this situation in our Sunday School class recently. Hopefully, my class has been praying for ya’ll as well. Have a great trip to Utah but be very careful with those new hiking boots. From personal experience, high-top might have been a better choice so be careful with those ankles – just wanted you to have a little more “motherly” advice! Take care.
